Decile is expanding our sales organization and looking for a tenacious Sales Account Executive to make a big impact in accelerating our SaaS license business. This individual will be responsible for selling licenses of the Decile customer data and analytics platform.  The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of experience in SaaS sales, an analytical and process-oriented approach coupled with enthusiasm, charisma, and a willingness to roll up their sleeves to get things done.

You will be responsible for helping to grow our client base with a focus on the mid-market and small enterprise B2C E-commerce brands across the US. The Sales Account Executive role is responsible for understanding our prospects’ needs and developing the appropriate solution. You will need to represent Decile to clients who are interested in leveraging their customer data to drive marketing impact. Ultimately, we are looking for someone to hunt new business and someone who can run a full sales cycle, from setting their own discovery meetings through closing the business. This position would report into the Head of Sales and Marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Learn our technology stack (Salesforce, Seamless, Google  and more) to become more efficient and effective at your job

  • Proven process and ability to identify, qualify, and set meetings with decision makers within marketing org at Retail, eCommerce, and DTC advertisers.

  • Ensure strong communication and proper handoffs to Delivery team

  • Make a great first impression with our prospects by demonstrating strong knowledge in key areas such as the Decile platform, our competitors, and the industry

  • Hit your monthly MRR targets

  • Accurately enter and maintain clean data in our CRM (Salesforce.com)

  • Communicate the value of Decile and position in marketplace

  • Provide customer-specific tech demos in support of client business cases

  • Create lasting, mutually beneficial relationships across accounts and strategic partners

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of Enterprise SaaS software sales experience

  • Strong understanding of SaaS/eComm/CDP space

  • Experience in B2C eCommerce and Marketing Analytics 

  • Entrepreneurial and coachable mindset 

  • Experience working in an agile environment, startup experience preferred.

  • Analytical and quantitative problem solving skills

  • This is a 100% remote position

  • Strong prospecting and closing skills a must! 

  • Salesforce experience a plus

  • BS/BA Degree required

  • Extraordinary verbal, written and presentation skills
