Play a key role in Decile’s customer success engagements by driving business critical data analysis for Decile’s clients. Serve as the translation layer between data science, platform outputs and business outcomes for clients of the Decile customer data & analytics platform. Help showcase the bridge between financial and marketing analytics and work with senior stakeholders on custom analysis to solidify our position as a best-in-class ecommerce data platform for our clients.
Responsibilities
Work cross-functionally with customer success, data ops and data science teams in providing data analysis across our portfolio of accounts.
Understand the challenges our clients face, and provide solutions both within the Decile platform, as well as custom data analytics deliverables.
Help our clients not only find the right answers, but help them discover the right questions to ask, and assist from strategy to implementation.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Mathematics, Economics or related field
5+ years’ of experience in ecommerce/marketing data analytics or financial analysis
Ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization (e.g. Directors of Ecommerce, CMOs, VPs of Marketing or Finance)
Ideal Candidates
Ecommerce experience preferred
Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
Experience with BI tools and large data sets (Looker experiencer a plus)
Experience analyzing data for key digital platforms (e.g. Facebook, Google)
Ability to accomplish work in a fast-paced and dynamic startup environment
High level of initiative and entrepreneurial drive
